Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Johns Creek, Georgia, HOA Total Access is 100% family-owned and profitable.
About 20 years ago, our founder was serving on the board of his condo association. The need to communicate with all residents, share documents and have a fluid online address book was of great importance. After a lot of research, he found that there were only a few players in this space, and they were all quite expensive. Having 15 years of programming experience, he started coding day and night until he had something to present to the rest of the board.
After a few years of enhancement requests, the product grew into something that could be marketed to other neighborhoods. With that idea, he set out to turn his side project into a new company which he would call HOA Total Access, LLC.
Years later, we continue to add more and more features based on the needs of our clients. We continue to be family owned and operate all aspects of the company.
