How do I add weather to my site?

To add a weather module, you will first need to generate code on any free weather widget website. It only takes a moment to complete this process.

We recommend sites such as Meterored or WeatherWidget but you can use any site you prefer by searching for "free weather widget" using your favorite search engine.

1. Generate the weather widget code from any provider.
2. Log into the site with an admin account.
3. Click on "Administer Site" in the menu.
4. In the left menu, click "Site Content", then "Webpage Components". 
5. Click the "Create" button
6. On the next page, set the following values:
   1. Article title: Weather
   2. Summary: Click the "Source" button, then paste in the code generated on the weather site. Note that you will not see the weather displayed after pasting in the code here.
   3. Repeat Summary on Article Page: No
   4. Page: Home
   5. Content Type: Margin Box
   6. Active: Yes
   7. Click save, then return to your home page to validate the results.
